Ramona Kale Hotel

We stayed for four days, March 11-15, 2022. The price was good for the quality, and the staff and owner were the best, so sweet, attentive and friendly. We'll definitely be back.

The bathroom locks from the outside, the walls were dirty, and even the elevator felt too small for one person. It was uncomfortable and very dated, and the staff could only speak Turkish. I can barely call it a hotel, it was the worst motel I’ve ever seen.

The property itself was good, but the service let us down badly. We were travelling with two children in -2 degree weather and had to argue for blankets. Staff finally brought them at 11.45 pm, just as we were going to sleep. Most of the staff couldn’t speak English, which matters in this line of work.

Only the reception staff were friendly. The room was very dirty, the bathroom smelled of sewage, and chairs scraping upstairs made noise. Breakfast was unacceptable too. They wouldn’t clean the room unless I asked.
