The hotel has some nice furniture and potential, which makes its lack of basic hygiene such a shame. Both rooms I was shown were very dirty. The first had cigarettes left behind and clearly hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest. When I returned to reception, Yunus kindly offered me another room, but it was just as dirty, smelled terrible, and had many insects. I had to ask to cancel my reservation, and the whole situation was very disappointing. Getting around was difficult too. Nobody helped with my luggage, which was fine, but there are only stairs and no wheelchair access or proper way to get bags upstairs. The receptionist, Yunus, didn't speak English, though I appreciate that he tried his best to communicate and help. I hope the owner sees this and takes action to address the serious cleanliness issues.

Ms. Esra looked after my family and me with real warmth and professionalism. We spent 3 nights here and will definitely come back.

The rooms were excellent, fully equipped, with a comfortable bed and great water pressure. If the internet had been better, I was ready to give this place 4 or maybe 5 stars. Then breakfast came. The canteen was disgusting, full of flies, so we couldn't eat. The food selection and quality were poor, too. Tea was the only buffet drink included, and we had to pay 5 tl for water, instant coffee, and instant nescafe. I was sitting there surrounded by flies and fighting the urge to drop my rating to 2 stars. Management, please invest in air curtains for the canteen.

The family running the place is so nice, and we had the best shower. Breakfast was fresh and tasty 😋 We stayed 3 nights and will definitely come back. Thank you!

The staff were very nice, and the location is really good for nearby activities. Breakfast was good, though average. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.
