Belcekum Beach Hotel

The pool and snack bar staff, along with the pool attendant, were the clearest examples of the poor service. They didn't respect personal space and often looked annoyed. The staff overall seemed unhappy and made the experience really poor. They need supervision from someone who checks in on them and listens to guests.

BELCEKUM beach hotel is a paradise, right on the beach, with a perfect restaurant and bar. The people are the best part: hotel staff were always smiling, welcoming, and ready to help with little problems. Thanks so much, MEPXAT, EMRE, ALI, SUEDA, MURAT, and all the smart, professional people. You're good guys.

The view from the hotel's private beach area was great, and we could watch the sunset there. Our pool-view room was a good size, clean, and well insulated from the outside music, so it didn't bother us. The restaurant food was delicious and had plenty of variety, including main dishes, pastries, sweets, fruit, juices, and little snacks. The staff were kind, helpful, and supportive. It was one of my great experiences at belcekum hotel, and I'll definitely come back.

The beach is just steps away, and the bus stop is a 10-15 minute walk. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and worked hard from early morning until late evening to keep the hotel clean and in good condition. Food was fresh and delicious, although the selection could be limited. The rooms felt basic and dated. Our shower didn't work properly, and we struggled to turn on the TV, so the room didn't feel like a 4-star hotel. There weren't enough beach sun beds either. Some guests put towels on them before breakfast, and when we went down around 9am, there sometimes weren't any left. Wi-Fi was very unreliable. We rented a portable one at the airport and eventually gave up trying the hotel's connection. Noise was the biggest issue. The building seemed to trap sound from the pool and bar, making it loud from 10 am until midnight, sometimes later. I needed earplugs most nights, and closing the balcony and windows didn't help.
