Grand Whi̇te Sui̇t Otel

I stayed three days at what I know as the Lotus Hotel. My first room had no window, though I only noticed by chance late in the morning. On the last day, laughter from next door woke me around 3:40 AM. At least five people were there, and I think they were staff. It was so loud I couldn't sleep for two hours, and calling reception didn't help. Maybe they'll see this and change how they behave. I hope they don't undermine the hard work of the reception and the rest of the staff.

There wasn't even a disposable pair of slippers in the room, and cleanliness overall was poor. The bed itself was clean, but the room felt unhygienic, with footprints on the wall. The shower head was damaged and broken, and there was no hot water, so I had to shower cold in the middle of winter. Customer service was poor too. I wouldn't stay here again.

We only ended up here because all the hotels in Sivas were full. The service has been terrible, and the room is extremely dirty, smells awful, and has beds that look used. There are no windows, no hairdryer, and not even toilet paper. We asked to change rooms, but were told none were available. Our requests haven't been taken seriously. I wouldn't recommend this unprofessional place.

I spent three days here for work. The room was very clean, and most places are within walking distance. It's more of a guesthouse-style hotel, with breakfast not included. Service could have been a bit better.
