Worst hotel hygiene I’ve ever experienced. There wasn’t any hand soap, just a very low-quality liquid, and there was no shampoo at all. They had blue disinfectant where the shampoo should have been, so I couldn’t shower in the morning. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff were polite and really friendly, and the location was perfect. My room was clean, and breakfast was excellent.

The air conditioning was broken, and they already knew about it when I mentioned it the next day. The place wasn’t all that clean either. They set their own exchange rate for credit card payments. I also suspect someone is tidying up the reviews. We’ll see.

Yalcin was a huge help, and his English was excellent when he was telling us about places to visit around town. The hotel has a classic style, offers great value, and is within walking distance of all the great sights in Sivas. Excellent hotel, highly recommended.

The hotel helped me get the agency to return my first payment, though it took two months, and everything worked out in the end. The problem was that I’d sent the money for my stay through an agency when booking, but after two days the hotel still couldn’t see the payment when I was leaving, so I had to pay again. The accommodation itself was excellent.
