Pinehill Hotel & Suites

We had a lovely stay, despite some disappointments. We were expecting a deluxe studio with a hob, sink, toaster, crockery and cutlery, as listed and pictured on the website, but none of those were there. The room was a good size, though tired and in need of TLC. It could have been cleaner too, with dust in the drawers and wardrobe and mould in the shower tile grout. There was little clothing storage: the wardrobe was tiny and too short for dresses, with just four small drawers and an unshelved cupboard. The kitchen cupboards were also empty and had no shelves. On the good side, the room was cleaned daily, towels were changed every day, and the kettle, tea, coffee and daily replenished water bottles were a nice touch. The fridge was handy. The pool area was very clean and fairly quiet, and we never had to fight for sunbeds. Just be aware the deep end is very deep, 2.7 metres. Staff were really friendly and offered waiter service around the pool. The poolside bar food was lovely, but breakfast was very disappointing. The Reef Bar and Restaurant at the front of the hotel was lovely. The food was good, staff were friendly and accommodating, and they handled our group of 25 very efficiently, bringing all the food out at once. The hotel is perfectly located, just a two-minute walk from the main strip, yet still nice and quiet, with bars and restaurants right on the doorstep.

Great location, and both pools were decent with attentive staff. Shout out to Mason on reception, a really helpful English chap who upgraded our room and was outgoing throughout our stay. Lovely hotel and staff. We’ll be back.

The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, which makes the stay even better. Everything seems thoughtfully designed, and the pool is spotless. I’ve been here a week and am still making the most of my time. The hotel feels peaceful and very clean. Breakfast and dinner are delicious, with a wide choice, and I’ve tried a different dish each evening and enjoyed them all. If you’re visiting Fethiye, I highly recommend this hotel. You can choose it without hesitation.

We had a lovely week here in July, with very good service from the mostly happy, smiling staff, especially Yusaf, David, Sinan, Helena and Sharif in the Reef Bar. Lunch and dinner portions are generous. At breakfast, I’d have liked sausages and beans, but they’ll make eggs or an omelette if you ask. The main disappointment was the WiFi, which doesn’t reach some rooms and was a real pain. Otherwise, it was a lovely week.
