The activities are the reason I give this place a 4. If you're there around the end of September, though, skip the water fight safari. It felt tired and cold. The rest of the stay left a lot to be desired, and the hotel doesn't deserve even 2 stars, though the staff were caring, friendly and helpful. Rooms were very old, with beds and couches falling apart, and the bathroom looked dirty from age. There's no minibar. I thought the food was cheap and bad, even though other reviews liked it. Dinner meat was always undercooked. They served water in Sırma Exclusive glass bottles, but it was filled from the tap, which made the place seem even cheaper. Why not serve it in a jug? They blamed many things on coronavirus, yet olives and raisins left from breakfast were put back in a container and served again the next day. They should offer a breakfast option, since anything that can't be collected and served again goes to waste. Would I go back without staying at this hotel?

Everyone was so friendly, especially the lovely waiter Baran. The instructors and staff looked after us from the moment we arrived until we left. The food was incredibly tasty and the portions filled us up. It was the best holiday I've ever had, and this hotel/tour is ideal if you're tired of spending your time by the pool at 5-star hotels. I'd come back without hesitation if they asked me. 😄🧡🧡🧡

The rooms didn't meet my standards, but they were cleaned and maintained really well each day. At a 5-star hotel before this, I had to force-feed the cleaner every two days. I hadn't expected much after that stay, but the service here was excellent, with friendly, fun staff and a very pleasant atmosphere. I was very satisfied and think you'll leave happy too. The room alone might get 4 stars, but the 5 are for the diving instructor, Muzaffer. 😎 Wishing you lovely days ahead.

Our six-year-old son had got to know everyone by the end of the holiday, and felt free to do what he wanted without asking us. We had a perfect time at this quiet, peaceful hotel, used by people taking part in the "We Are in Nature" program. Because of coronavirus, there was no buffet, just one kind of meal, but it was tasty and filling. The beds were comfortable, and the place was clean and friendly throughout. The pool was satisfying too. Thanks to the team.
