Apart-hotel Tunacan

Gino and Serkan made us feel right at home, like old friends. We had a small room issue at first, but they fixed it straight away. The hotel is right downtown, though far enough from the main road to keep tourist noise down in busy season. Breakfast was included and excellent. Gino’s quite the charmer, so watch your girlfriend or wife, lol, just kidding. Great guys, and we felt very comfortable.

The managers and staff made this a fantastic stay, and the price was amazing. The hotel is a short walk from town, but set far enough away to avoid the crowds. Mountain breezes kept the air cool around the clock. The huge pool was clean and a lovely temperature. I had a twin room, while my travel buddy got a two-bedroom apartment with a balcony. The beds and linens seemed brand new, and mine was the most comfortable bed I’d slept in during six months of travel. It was great for my dodgy back. The shower was nice and hot, and the room had a TV and plenty of sockets, so relaxing and working online were easy. I rented a bicycle from Fethiye and could store it in the common area without any trouble. Breakfast was included in the unbelievably good price, with lots of choice and unlimited tea and coffee. I made the most of the fresh coffee. After reading so many great reviews, I often end up disappointed by hotels, but Tunacan was even better than I’d imagined. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and shown to a clean, well-furnished room. This was the best hotel I could have picked in the area. I hope to be back in October. Papa was so kind and caring, and his support made the hotel feel like a second home. I was genuinely sad when I checked out and actually cried because I had to leave. I’m so glad I chose this as my last place to stay. Thank you again for everything. I hope you enjoy life, have a wonderful time, and that your lovely daughter has a bright future. I’d highly recommend this hotel. I’ll come back for a longer vacation, to meet more lovely, friendly people and explore this beautiful country.

We stayed June 10-20 and had a fantastic time. We arrived at the hotel late and hungry, but Gino sorted us out by firing up the BBQ and grilling sea bass and sea bream. The staff were welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. We’ll definitely return, and highly recommend it to family and friends. A special thank you to Gino.
