The breakfast didn't match the pictures at all: the tea was cold, the bread stale, and there was no shortage of other problems. The staff were surly and offered no help or interest. We arrived an hour early, but even though a room was available, they wouldn't let us in. There weren't any complimentary items either. I paid 24,000 Turkish Lira for four nights in this awful room, and every penny felt wasted. I came all the way from Erzincan and had to stay because it was a holiday and no other hotels were available. Don't go there. They've spoiled a beautiful place like Boztepe. Shame on them.
