It’s a pleasant place for a family stay, and the service was friendly and nice. I do think housekeeping could be better, though. The room was cleaned when I arrived, but there wasn’t any cleaning during my week there. In my opinion, someone from housekeeping could knock every couple of days and ask whether guests would like their room cleaned. Thank you.

You’re welcomed with a smile here, and the service is impeccable. It’s a clean, comfortable place right by the sea, with views of nature and no transport problems. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting.

The rooms are good, and the view at this hotel is already amazing.

After tiring trips to the Eastern Black Sea region, I’ve found this hotel relaxing, with rooms that let you unwind. I’ve been making those trips more often over the past five years, and I’ve stayed here at least 15 times, in different rooms. I’ve never seen the problems mentioned in some negative reviews, which surprised me. From the owner through to the staff, nobody gives you a grumpy face. I used to feel uncomfortable at other hotels, but this is among the best I’ve stayed at recently. I definitely recommend it.
