We spent our honeymoon here and couldn't have asked for a calmer, more relaxing setting. There are plenty of spots to unwind while taking in the beautiful Turkish scenery. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and always ready to help. The food was incredible, fresh and interesting, and reasonably priced. There were also fun things to do, including yoga, creative activities, movies, and private boat trips. I'd give it six stars if that were possible.

The hotel itself was great, but the service really let it down. We waited almost an hour for a beer while plenty of staff stood around doing nothing. On our last day, I remember the owner starting to wash dishes even though there were many employees available. The owners were the only people I liked. The rest of the staff were really useless, and the owners should be stricter with them. With better service, I would have given five stars.

This was an awful experience. When I booked last year, the hotel asked me to transfer the payment in advance. They gave me incorrect bank details: instead of a USD account, it was a dead EUR account. When we arrived, they couldn't find the money and pressured us to pay again, so we paid in cash. They said the transfer would be returned. But even after a year, they still haven't refunded it. They know exactly what happened and have promised several times to return the money, but nothing has come back. Absolutely incredible and unacceptable.
