We were warmly greeted by the lovely Cigdan when we arrived, and every staff member we met was pleasant and attentive. Our two nights at Dalyan Caria Hotel became a highlight of our driving tour of Türkiye. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean, with a balcony overlooking the river and the Dalyan tombs. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choice, and sitting in the sunshine looking out over the river made a lovely start to the day. It was a perfect restful stop on our road trip, and we'll definitely stay again next time we're in Dalyan.

Breakfast was a highlight, with a generous, tasty buffet even in the quieter season in mid-April. Friendly cats wandering around added a bit of local character that we really liked. The hotel's position made it easy to reach the riverside path and boats, and it was close to Dalyan's attractions, including Iztuzu Beach, Koycegiz, and the Sultaniye thermals. Taxis were easy to get, and the square was close enough to use public transport. Our room was elegant and comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the Lykkian tombs across the river. The property is beautifully built, with quality finishes and care in the details. The staff made the stay especially memorable: the receptionist greeted us every day with a genuine, warm smile, and the waiters and breakfast team were cheerful, attentive, and helpful. We left with expectations exceeded and hope to return.

We felt right at home during our 10 days here and enjoyed the stay enormously. Our room was on the river side, and reception was open around the clock. A very friendly woman helped us with every question, while the breakfast, restaurant, housekeeping, and management staff were all attentive as well. The room was cleaned daily. Breakfast had enough variety and was good quality, with omelettes made to order if you wanted one. The restaurant menu was extensive and delicious.

It was a peaceful, quiet stay at Caria Hotel in winter, during the low season. If you want a relaxing break without crowds or rushing around, I think that's the best time to go. Special thanks to Cigdem, who brightens guests' stays from the moment they check in. We'll definitely be back!

The room was lovely, with a balcony facing the river and The Kaunos rock tombs, and the staff were lovely too. But non-smokers, be warned. I believe around 40% of Turks smoke, and during my three-night stay smoke kept coming into my room and waking me up. For two nights it was raining heavily, so opening the balcony door wasn't an option. I called reception, but it felt futile afterward. With an ashtray provided in the room, smoking is effectively allowed. I wouldn't stay here again. Those three nights felt like 20 years of passive smoking.
