Rose is so welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and a chat in the mornings. She’s a great cook and happy to make sandwiches for the airport. Fatih and his brother Kaan also made us feel at home, even helping with our bags when we arrived. The pool and bar area were lovely and kept immaculate, including the poolside toilets. The half-sunken loungers in the pool are a great touch. The apartments are practical and have what you need. I’d update the decor, but the rooms were cleaned regularly, with fresh towels every few days and the beds made. We had a fantastic, welcoming stay at Fatih apart hotel and will be back.

It’s a family-run place, and Fatih is a wonderful host. Rose, his mum, cooks beautifully. You feel welcome here, and I’d recommend it to anyone after a quiet break.

The food here was easily the best we had in Dalyan. They did everything they could to make our holiday enjoyable and kept making sure we were having a good time. If you’re visiting Dalyan, make sure to come here. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Rose’s home cooking was a real highlight, fresh, delicious and full of flavour. It gave the holiday a lovely homely feel. Fatih, Kaan and Rose were welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the pool was kept in great condition. The hotel was spotless and comfortable, in a peaceful spot that’s only a short walk from Dalyan centre. We stayed at Fatih Apart Hotel in July 2025. The rooms are fairly basic and could use some modernising, but they were clean and had most of what we needed. Air conditioning and the safe came at extra cost. In our two-bedroom apartment, there was AC in just one bedroom, with the second unit in the lounge, so the other bedroom never really cooled down. That was very noticeable in the July heat. Kaan did try to help by calling an air conditioning engineer to check the lounge unit. Those were minor issues in an otherwise lovely stay. We can’t recommend Fatih Apart Hotel enough and hope to return.
