We especially loved having the river tours and nearby Iztuzu Beach to explore, then coming back to our own peaceful retreat. Dalyan Villa Anka is close to the center but tucked away enough to feel completely quiet. The villa is spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, with lush gardens for privacy, a cozy interior, a well-equipped kitchen, and a gorgeous outdoor pool. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The hosts were warm and thoughtful, sharing local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. Their care made the stay memorable. We can’t recommend Dalyan Villa Anka enough, and we’re already hoping to return.

It’s only five minutes from town and a couple of minutes on foot to the shop, so the location’s really convenient. The villa itself is lovely, with beautiful rooms and a nice, big swimming pool. I’d highly recommend it.

We were there April 21st to 27th, 2025, and it all felt wonderful, just like being at home. The villa was spotless and nicely furnished, and the kitchen had every appliance you could imagine. It’s a great choice for anyone who cares about home comforts and hygiene. The owners were so attentive. Many thanks to Nesli Hanım and Batu Bey for all their care, and to the villa’s cleaning staff too. If you haven’t made vacation plans yet, have a look at the villa and its location.

Everything in the villa felt carefully thought out, down to the smallest detail, and we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and comfortable it was. Three families with three children had a wonderful holiday and felt right at home. A big thank you to Mr. Batu for his warmth, attention, and hospitality. ❤

We were two as a family and felt a bit nervous about bringing our children, but everything was planned so well that we had no problems. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the villa felt easy to stay in even with a baby. It’s close to the city center, with markets just steps away, and the pool was more than enough for us. Many thanks to Batu, the villa owner, for being so attentive.
