The river is right there, the boats are nearby, and town is only about a 10-minute walk away. The apartments are roomy and nicely priced, especially if you split the cost. The pool area and gardens could use a little care, but otherwise I can't fault the place. I'd happily return, just not in peak summer because it's too hot.

Riverside Houses felt like a comfortable place to settle in, with a large garden and a 60 m² pool facing the river. There was a lovely breeze, which made it easy to enjoy the day outside. I’d definitely recommend it. The villas come in two, three, and four-bedroom layouts, and the center of Dalyan is about a five-minute walk away. They sit beside the river, close to its well-known walkway. Iztuzu (Turtle) Beach is 12 kilometers away, roughly a 20-minute drive. From the private pier, a boat takes about 40 minutes to reach the far end of the beach; public boats and buses also go there from Dalyan town center.
