The hotel grounds and pool are nice, with palms around the pool, but there are wasp nests in them. The staff don't seem concerned. Maybe they'll deal with them after someone goes into anaphylactic shock from a sting. The rest of the experience felt half done. In the rooms, they take out the trash and replace the soap, but somehow only make one bed each day, usually the easier one. The other stays messy. The floor only gets wiped now and then, and the sink hardly gets cleaned. The food is there, so you won't go hungry, but it's mediocre. At lunch and dinner, three waiters clean one table, so tables stay dirty, and high chairs are often dirty even when they haven't been used. If you love animals, this place might suit you. It feels like a dog shelter: dogs walk through the restaurant, run around the tables, and eat food off the floor. Leave a towel on a sun lounger and one may lie on it. Replacing a beach towel costs 100 lira. The dogs seem clean and tidy, I have to admit, since they bathe in the pool where children swim every evening. They also drink from it, which made me wonder whether the water has enough chlorine. It's rated 4 stars, but even that feels like too many. Everything seems to be done halfway, and tipping doesn't seem worth it because the room still stays untidy. They just don't care about guests and will keep going this way as long as they can.

We first stayed here at the end of June 2021, then came back at the beginning of June 2022. Our family was happy with everything, and we still remember that first trip fondly. This time we arrived early and were able to check in. The rooms are clean and comfortable, there's a private beach and a nice pool area, and the food is tasty. Thanks to the kitchen staff for the delicious choices. The pool area is relaxing, with a great music selection. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and the area feels safe. I also want to appreciate the cleaning staff for working hard to keep the rooms nice and clean. It's a 30-minute bus ride to downtown Bodrum and a 10-minute walk to the sidewalk where you can walk, eat, and relax, on the right side of the resort when facing the beach. Last year we tried the Turkish bath at the resort and loved it.

The best parts are the location in Bodrum and the beautiful sea. But the hotel uses a huge amount of plastic because the water comes in small cups of around 200 ml. I don't understand why they don't provide bigger bottles. Food runs out quickly and isn't sufficient. You have to remind the restaurant chef to bring more. At the fish grill, some people take 10-20 fish for relatives and friends, leaving everyone else waiting in a very long queue, so it's best to avoid the grill. Nights are noisy because of the neighboring beaches and bars. Requests to change rooms are ignored, and the receptionist and cleaning staff manager were disrespectful. The room wasn't cleaned properly, and they didn't clean it until the third day.

It was far below what I expected. Meal times weren't followed, so I missed breakfast twice because they stopped serving early. When I asked about a gym, I was told there wasn't one, but my friend was told there was, which was confusing. The room floor was very dirty, room service didn't do anything to the bed, and the mattress was VERY hard. Nice enough for one night.
