Hotel Marma Beach

The location made this stay especially nice, with plenty of beaches easy to reach from the hotel. The staff were friendly, and it felt like a great spot for couples.

A quiet stay in January.

The sea is lovely here, shallow, calm, and smooth, and the grounds have a peaceful feel with all the trees and flowers. The pool was quiet too, with greenery and sun loungers around it, and the place was generally clean. It suited a family holiday, and we were happy with our three days. The staff were friendly and smiling, the rooms were cleaned every day, and we found food we liked. The fish we had tonight was delicious. The food overall was average. Thanks to the staff for keeping those smiles going in the hot weather, they really lift your mood on holiday. There are some things that need attention, though. The beds are old, uncomfortable, and creak when you move. The toilets and sinks need renovation, and the shower water was yellow, probably from mold. The garden also needs maintenance. A wooden hammock near the restaurant would be lovely in the evening breeze, and spraying for insects before the season starts might help. The location is beautiful, and with a few improvements the garden could be even nicer. It seems good value for people who book early. We booked at the last minute, so it felt a bit expensive. Still, if you want a sea view, it’s a nice place, and we were pleased overall.

The staff at Marma Beach were so attentive and welcoming that I can't find anything to fault. This was the best holiday I've ever had, in one of the loveliest, most refined places in Ortakent. A big thank you to the Marma Beach family.
