I don't see how this can be called a 5 star hotel. Maybe 3 star. The hot spring smells like a swimming pool, and there's no elevator. Breakfast and dinner are included, which is good. I had a spa service, and the massage itself was good, but the facilities look really old, dated, and not very clean.

The room was large and bright, and the food choices were okay, though nothing special. The hotel isn't friendly for people with disabilities or older guests, as there is no elevator. Getting luggage between the lobby and room would be difficult without the bellboy's help, so credit to them. Some of the older waiters weren't polite. I assume the heavy workload and the number of guests, with too few staff, may be the reason.

This hotel works best for travelers mainly interested in extensive thermal spa and wellness facilities, who can accept possible shortcomings in service, general cleanliness, or dining. It's a good base for visiting the Pamukkale attractions nearby, with plenty to do on site. If you're expecting polished rooms, spotless conditions, and top-tier hospitality, you may find the stay disappointing compared with a typical international 5-star resort.

Lovely hotel, and the staff are very helpful and polite. Mr Semi at reception was especially patient and helpful when I needed to change rooms twice. Thanks for making our stay more enjoyable.

The building looks decent from outside, but the room was a different story. It was spacious yet very dim, with dust and dirt scattered on the floor. There were obvious soap marks in the bathtub, and water leaked onto the floor when I tried to shower. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in.
