We spent a full week there for the Folklore Festival of Denizli and had an amazing time. Since I'm a Medical professor and needed to teach two classes during the stay, they arranged an office for me. The service was amazing. I miss you all already... it was 😍😍😍😍😍 amazing.

The staff were very kind and met our reasonable requests, so we were satisfied with their help. The air conditioning unit wasn't working, though, and the rooms smelled of thermal water. Music by the pool was too loud, especially since our room was right next to it.

The top-floor rooms get up to 35 degrees. Their wooden ceilings heat up even more, and the air conditioners are so old they can't cool the rooms.

The food was average, but the suite and service were really nice. The place was very clean, and I loved how kindly they treat the cats. The swimming pool and hammam were wonderful and quiet. I'd definitely come again.
