The spa was so relaxing, and the staff there were well trained. I only wish I could have stayed longer. We were there just one night with family, but the staff were attentive and helpful, and everything from check-in to housekeeping ran smoothly. The hotel is beautiful, well kept, and has a really pleasant atmosphere. We had a great stay, and I’d recommend Tripolis Hotel to anyone visiting Pamukkale.

We went in mid-January with a tour group, and the indoor thermal pool was the best part, especially in the cold weather. There’s also an outdoor pool if you don’t mind the chill. The hotel is large, spread across four separate buildings. Rooms were clean and well equipped, and there’s a games room with billiards and ping-pong. There was a belly dance show at 9 PM in the evening. Breakfast had plenty of choices, though it was standard hotel fare. Staff were friendly and quick to help with requests. A decent place to stay.

The lobby looks nice, but the bed and pillows were stiff. The WiFi was awful, and when I asked if there was another network, they said there wasn’t. My shower flooded on me, and when I asked for a few more towels, they brought just one. I wouldn’t rate this as a 5 star hotel like they advertise.

I spent an evening at Tripolis in March, and the spa was the main disappointment. The sauna wasn’t heated, and the steam shower was just a room with one shower in the middle. Even the thermal pool, which is meant to be the spa’s main attraction and uses water from Pamukkale, felt like a below average indoor pool. The rest was alright.

There’s no soap in the bathroom, and this definitely isn’t a 5 star hotel. They charge 50 lira for a swimming cap, or you can’t use the heated pool.
