It was handy to park on the street around the building, and the rooms were nicely furnished. The staff were kind. My room had a kitchen but not a single dish, and the laundry cost a lot since they charge separately for every item.

They charged me for an extra night, and when I asked to get that money back, they refused. The staff weren't very nice either. It felt very unprofessional, and I'm definitely not coming back. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

Our family, including our child, could stay here without hesitation. Everything in the room was excellent, and the rooms were clean. We also had a great experience with the service, restaurant, and breakfast. This is the best hotel I've stayed at lately. Thank you, Panorama Hotel.

We'd recommended this place to a lot of people, so I hope they improve and don't leave us letting them down. We only come to the restaurant now and then as a family, but our last visit was a disaster. The chicken skewers and rice pudding were good, but one of the two salads smelled bad. The liver was completely dry, and the meat in the Iskender kebab was awful, with stale pita underneath. I complained, but they denied there was a problem.
