We spent 7 nights here in Istanbul and had a good stay. The location is convenient for shops and restaurants, as well as the tram and metrobus. The staff were helpful, and Sinan was especially kind and supportive. Breakfast was decent, with limited options but enough to eat. One thing, rooms on the 7th floor are right below the restaurant and can get noisy in the morning.

The service was the best part of our great stay, especially from Mr Sinane and Ms Sude. They're such kind people. The hotel's emplacement is amazing too.

The view is beautiful, the breakfast is decent, and the location is very good. Room cleaning, though, leaves a lot to be desired. Sinan in the restaurant deserves a shout-out: he's always smiling, very helpful, and clearly passionate about his work. He makes eating there enjoyable.
