We found the room immaculate, and the family hosting us in their mansion were genuinely warm and hospitable. The breakfast was the best we've had so far in Turkey's Black Sea region, with lots of homemade choices. The hotel is right in the center of Safranbolu, a peaceful place to stay. The family also took Covid-19 measures seriously, which made it feel like a safe accommodation for our travels. I highly recommend it.

I loved having my morning coffee in the lush garden, and the homemade jams, local cheeses and pastries at breakfast were especially good. There was a wide selection of fresh, organic food. The rooms were incredibly clean and thoughtfully put together, making the stay feel comfortable and peaceful. Hüma Hatun Hotel really captures the spirit of Safranbolu, with a warm, friendly atmosphere from the family running it. I'll choose it every time I visit Safranbolu and recommend it wholeheartedly.
