The breakfast was fantastic and the location is great. The hotel is lovely, but the soundproofing in the rooms is poor. You can hear the whole hotel while you’re trying to sleep and again in the morning.

We had breakfast in the courtyard and enjoyed wine and beer there later in the afternoon. On our last day, the family even shared some of their meal with us, a lovely bit of Turkish hospitality. This family-run boutique hotel has real charm and is well placed in Gaziantep, near good restaurants and within a 15-minute walk of the main sights. We stayed two nights in an immaculate room with great air conditioning, comfortable bedding and modern amenities. My partner and I would recommend it to couples or small groups looking for a clean, charming base to explore the city.

We arrived early, and Volkan kindly let us check in ahead of time, which helped a lot. Mrs Dilek, the owner, was approachable and made us feel welcome, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the town centre. We enjoyed our two nights there: our spacious room was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. I highly recommend this family-owned boutique hotel.

We planned to stay for just one day, but our trip got longer, and we were glad to have chosen this traditional family-owned mansion. The beautiful atmosphere and the family who runs it made our stay special. Dilek Hanim and her family were kind and caring, and they helped us through the travel difficulties as if we were their own. Each evening they lit a fire on the patio, and breakfast was amazing. It felt like home. My family and I can’t wait to come back!
