The rooms were dirty and unhygienic, and there were issues with the water and sink. There wasn't even a reception desk, and the staff seemed indifferent. I've never stayed somewhere this bad.

The tea room and kitchen staff in the main square are really noisy. They do try to adjust to what customers need, but the service still has a lot of shortcomings...

If you've got a car, there's no need to pay a fortune for a hotel near the track. This place is only 2-3 km away, and has a kitchen, living room, and bedroom, so 2-3 people can stay comfortably in one room. It's a very high-quality place, and people shouldn't complain about little things.

Handy for both the town center and the ski resort. The location is great.

They were told about plenty of problems but didn't fix them. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
