Dinamik Otel

A good last-minute deal gave us three nights here while skiing. The suites were spacious and well equipped, though I can't speak for the economy rooms. The hotel is well fitted out, and Mr Hamid kindly drove us to the slopes, about five minutes away by car. Mr Abdullah and the team helped make it a pleasant stay. A couple of small things kept it from being five stars. The staff were friendly, but service felt a little lukewarm and not very proactive. We left the room-cleaning request on the bedroom door twice, as instructed, and it was ignored both times. The notice was in English, and I don't know whether anyone on staff spoke English since I was travelling with Turkish speakers. The bedding quality was surprisingly low for a generally well-fitted hotel, and the bathroom wasn't very clean when we arrived. We checked in early, around midday rather than 2pm, but even so, a bit of bleach in the toilet would've helped. Still, it's a pleasant place for a skiing group. The basics for a great hotel are there, and hopefully those small issues can improve.
