The runs were beautifully groomed, with a great mix of challenging trails and scenic cruisers, and the snow was pristine. For winter sports, this was a top-tier destination, and we're already looking forward to returning. The food was another highlight, fresh and flavorful, and just right after a long day in the snow. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and eager to help from the moment we arrived, so we felt right at home. An absolutely phenomenal experience!

We had a great family ski holiday at Sarpino Mountain Hotel, with delicious food and staff who went out of their way to make our stay special. Gökhan Bey made us feel at home with his hospitality, and Polina gave excellent customer service. Thanks to them, Senol Akyol, and all the hotel staff.

The slopes and breathtaking scenery made the stay unforgettable, and the spa, pool, and sauna were excellent for unwinding afterward. Meals were delicious, and the service stood out throughout, with staff who were polite, warm, and attentive. The ski equipment was top quality and well maintained, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. A wonderful mountain stay from start to finish, highly recommend.

Our family room had two separate rooms, giving us plenty of space and comfort for a relaxing ski break. Sezgin was particularly thoughtful at meals, remembering our orders and bringing them ahead of time. The staff were polite, attentive, and always smiling. Hotel director Recep Bey was around in person, overseeing things to help ensure guests had a good stay. Skiing in Sarıkamış was a blast, and Sarpino Mountain Resort made the trip better. It is a bit overpriced for what it is at the moment, though they seem open to improving. With some refinements it could be a top-tier experience. Still, I highly recommend Sarpino for a ski retreat, the best in Sarıkamış!

Everything at the hotel was amazing: the staff, rooms, location, and service. Skiing was an unforgettable experience.
