The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. We called ahead and went there, but they only took cash or bank transfer, and charged 50% more for credit card payment. Even the water inside cost extra. We were treated like we were staying for free, including being scolded for walking in with our shoes on. The toilet and shower were crammed together in the same spot, one on top of the other. Absolutely awful.

We'd spent the night outside with our cat, and while other hotels wouldn't take her, the staff here welcomed us with great care. They even made rooms with kitchens, thinking about pregnant women's cravings. The place was wonderfully clean, and their hospitality was excellent. Breakfast was delicious too. Thanks to the woman at reception.

A good value for the money, with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It's centrally located, near the beach and places to eat. The staff and the owner, Ms. Fatma, were attentive and helpful, making sure we were comfortable.

The pool was lovely and made for a great place to relax. I also found the owner very sweet and hospitable, and the staff were attentive. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a warm, friendly atmosphere. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back.

Having a sea view and jacuzzi in our room made the family holiday especially enjoyable, and being close to the sea was a bonus. We felt very comfortable at this quiet, peaceful hotel, which was clean, tidy, and reliable. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful with everything. From now on, Atakum Hotel will be my go-to in Karasu. Thanks for everything.
