Magic Bungalow

The breakfast was excellent, and the whole stay felt peaceful and enjoyable. I was nervous before arriving because pools at home are usually cold, but here the water was warm and clean. It’s a calm, family-friendly place, and I especially want to thank Mr. Onur. I’d recommend it to everyone, and now it’s my first choice without hesitation.

At first I wasn’t sure about the place, but once I got the room I found it clean and tidy inside. The rooms were warm, and the pool temperature was just right. The jacuzzi was lovely too. We had no problems, and the atmosphere felt family-friendly. I think it’s a great place.

The sofa and table were broken, and the TV’s internet connection was awful. For a place with such a nice concept, the service was really frustrating. We arrived on a rainy day, and muddy water came from the taps and jacuzzi. When I brought it up, they said people drink from the taps and that this doesn’t happen there. After I showed them, their answer was that they couldn’t do anything. Maybe they couldn’t fix it right then, but it wasn’t the first time. It seems to happen when it rains. They should have told us before we arrived, instead of taking an early reservation or worrying about losing customers. To respond to the reply: the issue is that the house and furniture aren’t checked properly. I could have hurt myself falling off that couch. If the water only runs dirty at first, they should still know it turns muddy on rainy days and warn guests ahead of time. We could have changed our plans, used the shower or pool accordingly, and brought extra water. Nobody asked them to fix the water on the spot, but we do drink tap water, and they shouldn’t act as if it never runs dirty. A warning would have shown some good faith. I still remember how dirty the jacuzzi was. It was disgraceful, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived.

We had a quiet, lovely weekend away. The staff were very attentive, and they dealt with the small problems quickly.
