Karasu Riva Otel

I was glad I chose Riva Hotel. When I asked about bringing my cat, they said pets were welcome and they'd be happy to have me. The next morning I saw they also help stray animals, and met "Dobişko," the cat who seems to be the hotel's mascot and comes for breakfast every morning. Thanks, Riva Hotel. When I'm back in Karasu, it'll be the only hotel I'll stay at.

The place was spotless and everything felt orderly from the moment I arrived, which made it easy to feel comfortable. The amenities and cleanliness were both great. The whole team was warm, polite, and ready to help. The waitstaff and hotel crew clearly know what they're doing, and they made me feel welcome and valued. The atmosphere was stylish and cozy, with a high standard throughout. Five stars from me, and a heartfelt recommendation.

We spent five nights at Riva Hotel, and the location worked really well, close to both the market and the sea. Our room was comfortable, very clean, and felt like home :)) The buffet breakfast was carefully prepared, and service was attentive and high quality. They also offer dry cleaning, though we ran out of time to try it, which was a little disappointing :). We hope to come back. Thanks to Mr. Murat for his friendly hospitality.

The room was clean, and the large TV was a nice plus compared with other hotels. Even the small balcony was useful. The one issue was a blocked shower drain, so the water wouldn't go down at all. We were very pleased with the service. The staff were friendly and clearly care about their customers. They arranged a taxi in 15 minutes and even set up pickup from where we had left off. That made us feel great, and we'd recommend the place.
