Lake Harmony Sapanca

My family had a great time here, and the owner was very cooperative. I've booked the place twice, and it feels like a fantasy. It comfortably fits eight people, with all services close by. I'd recommend it.

The hosts were respectful and helpful. The place itself is unique, beautiful, clean, and has a wonderful view.

It feels just like being at home. Such an amazing place.

We paid 30,000 TL for two nights in a Sapanca villa a few weeks ago, for three couples and three children. On the phone, we were clearly told it had a heated pool. Once there, we were told this villa didn't have one and that we'd need to use another villa's pool. The photos were completely inaccurate, and the hygiene was extremely poor. The sheets hadn't been changed, used sanitary pads were in the toilet, the floor was black and very dirty, and the toilets hadn't been cleaned. There was lots of soap residue in the bathroom and the grout was completely blackened. The landlord started arguing and fighting with us, especially in front of the children, who were frightened and seriously affected. Then, on the second night, the pool heater was turned off, so we couldn't use the pool. The children were upset and cried. We deeply regret renting this villa. The deception, disrespect, and irresponsibility are unforgivable. In my opinion, even one star is too much. Please don't be fooled by the photos or the atmosphere shown, and absolutely don't rent it. If you care about your health and your family's safety and peace of mind, stay away.
