Mr. Furkan was attentive and welcoming, and we had a lovely two-day break. A couple of things could be improved: there should be cleaning tools like a broom and dustpan in the rooms, and proper radiators would be better than air conditioning for heating.

Sapanca feels right at your feet from this well-placed spot. We were a bit unsure about coming in such cold weather, but left feeling warm and having had a wonderful time. Customer satisfaction seemed to matter from the moment we arrived through to the end. Thanks to Naila Bungolova for the special time in the warm pool and by the fire pit that kept burning until morning, and to Mr. Furkan for looking after us so attentively.

The place had everything I'd expect from a bungalow, including privacy, a heated pool, comfort, and really good cleanliness. The service was attentive too. I'd recommend this business.
