There are very few employees, and after midnight until 8:40 the next morning the hotel is completely empty. Breakfast doesn't start until 9:00, which is too late for me. I arrived at 10 in the morning and was first told the room might be ready at 12:15. Later they said 20 minutes, but I waited an hour and didn't get the room until 1:35. They said they would give us another new room, but nothing came of it, and I only saw them again the next morning. The rooms aren't big, and agent prices vary a lot. Food is too expensive, with some dishes at 340 TL and others at 650-700 TL, while some family dishes cost 1000-1400 TL.

Doğukan is a really good guy, and the place is nice for relaxing. It's close to Sapanca train station, so I'd recommend it for a short vacation.

The restaurant staff were excellent, especially our brother Mohammed the Syrian and Hamza the Turkish, both very well-mannered. The city itself is generally quiet, and the lake view from the location is beautiful. But restaurant music plays loudly from morning until bedtime, with no consideration for residents, and it's very annoying. Room service doesn't exist, the furniture needs replacing, and cleanliness is average. I booked through Booking, and it felt like guests paying cash were treated better. There are better places to stay, so I don't recommend this one, especially for families.
