Parking is available, and the air conditioner works very well. The place is fairly new and nicely furnished, with kind staff who speak English. There's no refrigerator in the rooms, though the staff let me use theirs, and the water cooler outside the rooms has no cups. There's no breakfast, restaurant, or lift, and all the rooms are on the first floor. It's suitable for a one-day stay in Sapanca, especially for couples, since only double rooms with king beds are available. Most attractions are far away, so you'll need a car.

The rooms are good for the price, and it's a quiet place. The only problem was the breakfast served in the rooms. It was poor and needs improvement.

The parking lot behind the motel saved my life :). It's reasonably priced, clean, and close to everything, including markets, shops, and restaurants. Thanks, I highly recommend staying here.

A simple, nice hotel for a stay. There were some insects in the room, and no cups.

There was no kettle, tea, or coffee. You have to ask reception to clean the room.
