The villa still has a beautiful design, and the staff were just as kind and welcoming as before. I've been coming here for the past three years and have always enjoyed it. On this visit, though, the room felt a bit basic and breakfast was quite simple. In earlier stays, I thought the cleanliness, service, and breakfast were better. With a few improvements, I think the experience could get back to the high standard I've come to know and love.

A peaceful, calm resort that works especially well for families. Breakfast is basic, and the service needs improvement.

I found the villa far more cramped and uncomfortable than I expected, and it didn't feel relaxing. Cleanliness also wasn't good enough for a comfortable stay. The workers were rude and didn't speak kindly to customers. This was my last visit. Their unprofessional attitude left me disappointed.

Yeşim Hanım made my visit to the Alfa Hotel spa wonderful. She's talented and professional, and gave me one of the best massages I've had. She checked that I was comfortable throughout and worked on all the spots where I felt tension. I left relaxed and refreshed. Thanks for taking such good care of me, Yeşim Hanım. I'll definitely be back!
