A lovely place for making memories we won't forget.

We spent two miserable, sleepless days here because of insects. Three days after getting home, we're still having allergic reactions to the bites. The bugs had practically made a nest in the high ceiling. When I asked on the first day whether the house had been cleaned, I was told yes, but it clearly hadn't. Ms. Ayşe later said they hadn't been there for two weeks, so they hadn't bothered with pest control or cleaning. The spotless house in the photos isn't what you get. The grounds were like a dump. Even if other people make the mess, you're earning money from this and have to get it cleaned. This is not a business doing its job properly. The TV screen was filthy, the outdoor chair cushions had changed color and were pitch black, and the poolside was black too. We only used the pool because the kids insisted. The barbecue by the entrance was filthy, if you can even call it a barbecue. The upstairs jacuzzi is named after the view, but barely works and has almost no lighting. One of the doors hardly opened or shut. We asked Mert for an extra set of sheets, and it was a hassle, though they did eventually provide them. With two children, we think we left the house cleaner than we found it. We went through an acquaintance, and that caused problems. Mert acted like we were getting in for free and treated us disrespectfully, even though he'd given us a discount through the acquaintance. I wish he hadn't offered the discount, then my family and I might not have had to endure two days of misery. Mr. Mert agreed on the breakfast price, but when we asked about breakfast, he first said they didn't serve it, then said there'd been a mistake. After that, he said there were too many of us. He claimed there were normally four people, then said there were seven of us. There were five adults and two children aged 2 and 4, and the house could sleep five people. In a disrespectful tone, he said he could provide breakfast for two at a restaurant he named. As a family, we've learned not to do business through acquaintances. Mr. Mert, don't bother replying to this comment. I hope you do your job properly from now on, but I doubt it.

We had a lovely two days in this beautiful place surrounded by nature. The heated pool and outdoor jacuzzi were a wonderful experience, and the owner was very hospitable. The breakfast and cleanliness were good too.

We spent three days here for our honeymoon, and everything was wonderful, from the cleanliness to the atmosphere. The care and service were fantastic. Thanks to Mr. Mert for looking after us so attentively. We'd happily choose this place again and again 🙏🏻🤍
