Wellwood Sapanca

We stayed with two families and our children. The food was fantastic, and the staff were so attentive, the kind of service you don’t easily find elsewhere. Since the hotel has only recently opened, everything is extremely clean and the decor is high quality. The only downside is that the reeds in front of the hotel block the lake view.

We went as a family and found it quiet, clean, friendly, and very pleasant. Ms. Deniz, the hotel manager, Ms. Sıla, the bar manager, Mr. Ege, the waiter, Ms. Elif, the babysitter, and the head chef were all so welcoming and hospitable. The food, breakfast, rooms, everything felt perfect. It’s a peaceful, enjoyable place for a family stay.

We came with friends for a weekend and really enjoyed the spa and massage. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, and the staff were warm and welcoming. There was lots of variety at the buffet and breakfast, and everything was delicious. It’s a lovely place for a great weekend with family or friends.

We stayed just one night and wished we could’ve had a few more days. I’ve been to plenty of well-known five-star hotels, but this place felt special. The room was magnificent, with every detail thought through and very high-quality products throughout. The personal care items, afternoon tea, TV, and garden area were all wonderful. Reception were friendly, smiling, and helpful, and we left very pleased. Highly recommend.
