We were travelling as a family of five, so we needed two rooms: one family room for four and another room for two at La Bella Hotel. The rooms were clean, warm and well equipped, with very comfortable beds, good bathrooms and hot water. The buffet breakfast was excellent and more than enough to start each day. Staff at reception, housekeeping and breakfast were all amazing, and there are plenty of good places to eat within walking distance. Street parking is the only option and can be a bit of a hassle, though manageable. It’s a well run, wonderful hotel at the lower end of the price range, and suitable for families or couples. Well worth staying.

The charming staff were the one bright spot, but they couldn’t make up for how poorly maintained this hotel is. The value for money is bad. The rooms smelled of stale cigarette smoke, even though the hotel says smoking isn’t allowed, and the carpet had cigarette burns. The toilet bowl was broken. People smoke in a room used as the dining room, with its door open to the whole restaurant.

Excellent value, with a lovely room and a good breakfast in a great location. I thoroughly recommend it.

Fadime Hanım, Serkan Bey and Muhammed Bey at reception helped me with everything and made me feel special. The whole staff were attentive, the service was excellent, and my room was spotless. I felt right at home in the warm, friendly atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you for everything, and I hope to see you again.

Meral Hanım, the hotel manager, treated us like family rather than guests, and I’m especially grateful to her. Everyone was kind and friendly. It’s a clean, pleasant hotel in a good location. 🙏🏻😊
