There’s a constant damp smell everywhere, and the rooms, corridors, stairs, toilets, and kitchens are in terrible condition. The only good thing is that it’s five minutes from the tram. I stayed for a month because I had to. If I’d had a car, I would’ve slept in it.

The people were friendly and helpful in every way, and I was very pleased with my stay. It’s an excellent place.

I’ve never seen a dirtier place. The two of us, both women, couldn’t sleep in the room because it was so cold. It was so filthy and smelled so bad that you couldn’t even go inside.

The place was so damp and filthy that I couldn't bring myself to sleep there. Water was seeping through the walls, and the beds and pillows were yellow with dirt. I dropped off my bag in a rush without looking around, then came back and realized what a mistake that was. When I asked to get my money back, they were rude and claimed I'd damaged and used the bed. It's falling apart, with no hygiene at all. I wouldn't send a dog there. Avoid it, you'll regret it.
