RS City Hotel

We arrived late, checked the room and bathroom, then checked out half an hour later without unpacking. A man in pajamas who looked like a thug was hanging around the hotel entrance. In the next room, a group of men kept slamming doors, and cigarette smoke filled our room. The nicotine smell was awful, even with the window open. They didn't refund our money. Don't believe what's written on Google, you'll regret it.

We came from Ankara for a trip to Samsun and picked RS City Hotel. I was a little nervous about staying with my family at first, but it felt safe and was comfortable with children. The location is convenient, and you can walk to places you need to go. The hotel was clean, breakfast was very good and prepared by a lady herself, and the staff were kind and tried to sort out anything we needed. When our kettle broke, they brought a replacement right away. Thanks to everyone at RS City Hotel for all their help.

We come to Samsun from Kayseri often for work and always stay here. We're happy with everything, from the attentive staff to the cleanliness, and the prices are very reasonable. I'd definitely recommend it. Thanks to the whole team for looking after us.

Everything in the rooms was clean and tidy, and they were spacious and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, with everything within walking distance. Breakfast is a fresh, varied open buffet. It's a decent, home-like family hotel with friendly staff. The price feels very reasonable for the quality. This is the first place I'll choose for my future stays in Samsun, and I recommend it to everyone.
