A really awful facility. Don’t even bother trying it.

The rooms are a little small, but given the location and prices, it seems like a sensible choice. Being right in central Samsun is a real plus, and the staff are warm and attentive.

The rooms were unclean, with cockroaches, and the service was terrible. There’s no refrigerator and no breakfast, and every room in the hotel has some problem. The receptionist is greedy and rips off foreigners. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend staying here. Sleeping on the street would be better.

For the price, the service is excellent, and the staff are very helpful. Its central location makes it easy to get around and see a lot without a car.

The service quality and rooms are awful. For the amount charged, there isn’t even breakfast in the morning.
