The location on the main road is very good, but our one-night stay on May 3rd, during the three-day holiday starting May 1st, was disappointing. It feels like a converted hostel, and our room was small with dirty bedspreads. Friends in other rooms also said theirs weren’t clean. At breakfast, people from five different tour groups were trying to reach the buffet from opposite directions. I couldn’t get breakfast, and there was no tea left either. I think the hotel should take fewer guests if it can’t manage them well. It needs a good manager to keep an eye on room cleaning.

The room looks nicely designed, but it was stuffy, with another bed squeezed in by enclosing the balcony. There was an uncovered drainpipe above my bed. The service was bad and they didn’t seem to care; the staff seemed fed up with life. Breakfast was careless and awful. There were butterflies in the room, and by my window was a sheet-metal-roof-like structure with a dead bird on it. Disgusting. Hairs were coming out of the bed, sheets, and pillow, and the toilet smelled like food. One day is just about tolerable, but staying two or three days in a row would be torture.

We arrived late and felt forced to stay, and I guess they took advantage of that. My friends and I had the same problems: the sheets hadn’t been changed, and there was hair and other stuff in the beds. We got through the night by putting our own underwear on the pillows. The toilets weren’t cleaned, there was no toilet paper, and the bathroom light didn’t work. Even after we told them, nobody came to change the bulb, so at night we had to feel our way to the bathroom. It was difficult to use because we couldn’t close the door in the dark. There wasn’t even cold water. Please don’t choose this hotel and go through what we did.

My eyes are swollen from mosquito bites all over, and we left unhappy. This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The towels were filthy, the rooms tiny, and they even provided used cotton swabs. There was dirt on the cucumbers, the toilet flush didn’t work, and nothing felt clean at all.

The rooms were very small, and cleanliness was only mediocre. The shower was half open, with no glass partition between it and an uncovered electrical outlet directly above the sink. Washing our hands or taking a shower felt risky.
