TUI BLUE Seno - Adults Only

Murat, the kitchen staff, and the rest of the team made the stay feel personal, and the service was great. We had a very good team vacation, with a nice balance of downtime and work. The rooms were spotless, and the amenities made it comfortable to work while enjoying the atmosphere. One thing could be better: for a hotel of this size and quality, separate, good-quality shampoo and body wash would be preferable to the combined 3-in-1 dispenser.

The facilities were very good: the pool area, clean beach, quality food, and immaculate room service all stood out. But the staff's treatment of us left a sour impression. I'm writing in English so management can understand the issue. When we spoke Turkish, it felt as if the staff stopped seeing us. They seemed much more welcoming to English and German guests, saving most of their smiles, energy, and warmth for people who didn't speak Turkish. We were treated like an inconvenience, and the cold indifference made hospitality feel selective. At checkout, nobody even asked how our stay had been. At the lounge bar, we waited 20-25 minutes just to get noticed while staff joked and chatted enthusiastically with foreign guests nearby. I ended up clearing our table and carrying the glasses myself. The beach bar felt similar: foreign guests were treated like old friends, while we got only enough attention to avoid seeming openly hostile. Quiz night summed it up. My friend got the most answers right and finished first, but the host wouldn't make eye contact or offer a simple congratulations. He had plenty of time to laugh and chat warmly with the international guests. We stayed polite throughout, which made the exclusion feel even more insulting. The technical service was good, but the selective, unprofessional hospitality ruined the experience. We paid the same as everyone else and didn't receive the same respect. This kind of unequal treatment in 2026 is embarrassing. Management should spend less time teaching staff to fawn over foreigners and more time on professional ethics and equal service. UPDATE: It's hilarious that right after my review, management started rushing to get fake 5-star reviews from employees and their spouses. You can see it by looking at the reviewers' profiles. Some accounts posted identical copy-pasted reviews for their sister hotel nearby. If only the same effort went into basic customer service instead of staging fake reviews to hide the flaws.

The buffet and beach restaurant food is outstanding. The chefs put out a huge spread every day, with plenty of delicious choices. This was our third holiday here in three Summers, and we stayed in our usual room with a fab sea view. Every staff member was exceptional, with no rudeness or impatience, just great service from lovely people. I can't recommend the hotel enough, and the staff who look after us every day deserve compliments.

Seno was awesome again for our holiday. The food was superb at every restaurant, and both ala carte places were class, especially the guy front of house in the culinarium. The hotel is deffo 5 star. All the staff were superb, with special mentions for Ali beach, great guy, Ege pool, what a guy, Vahit, who served our evening meal a couple of nights and was class, a credit to your staff, and yellz, who was awesome when we sat outside. I did mention a few tweeks around the main pool areas to the assistant manager, so we'll see if they get implemented. Great hotel, credit to you all.
