The rooms are average, but the food is good and the staff are friendly. We stayed four days in a really warm atmosphere. It's around 1 km from the ski resort, and you can rent equipment at the hotel. I checked the reviews before coming, and services like these are quite normal for a hotel this size. I'd recommend going. Personally, I think it would be even better without alcohol being served.

The restaurant staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. We stayed from February 24th to March 1st, 2019, with my five-year-old son, though. On the first night, noise from our room led us to ask for a change. The receptionist offered us a top-floor room that didn't heat at all. We accepted, thinking a heater would work as long as it was quiet. At 7 am the next morning, birds cawing on the roof woke us up. It sounded like people were hitting something up there. Running a heater all night felt dangerous, and it dried out the air. When we asked to go back to our old room, they said it had been given to someone else. We asked if there were any other suitable rooms, but they simply said no and dismissed us. For four nights, they knew we were very uncomfortable, and that other rooms were available, yet they lied and made us stay in that freezing room with our young child. My family had been coming to this hotel for years, but this was our first stay. We had no choice but to stay there. That was the last straw.

After a day on the slopes, the Turkish bath and sauna were perfect for recovering. The free transfers were excellent and ran smoothly whenever we needed them. The staff were attentive and very helpful. It's an affordable mountain hotel, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious.

Though it's some distance from the ski slopes, hotel staff will take you whenever you need a ride. Prices are reasonable compared with other hotels. The staff are polite and attentive, and help with whatever you need. It's a very nice place, and I'd recommend it to everyone.
