The hosts were lovely, and so were the huge room, big balcony, and view.

The roads around Sığacık were dusty and bumpy, and the canals running into the sea put us off staying longer. I hope the area gets municipal attention one day, because this beautiful town deserves more recognition. Even Central Anatolia village roads would feel paved beside those winding tracks. If the roads are sorted out, the location will deserve five stars. The guesthouse itself was a pleasure. My daughter and I stayed at Aşan boutique guesthouse during our planned Aegean coast trip. Nurten Hanım and Erdal Bey were warm and sincere, making us feel as if they were welcoming us into their own home. The rooms were spotless, and we loved having tea and a chat with them. We were very glad to meet them, and would choose to stay there again if we return to the area.

We stayed in September and found the family-run guesthouse clean and spacious. Getting there meant driving on a dirt road, and the navigation was misleading, so we contacted the owners and found the place with their help. We were very pleased, and grateful for their assistance.

The power went out and stayed off for a whole day, and nobody offered a power bank or any other solution. There was no Wi-Fi or TV either. For breakfast, they advertised a spread, but we only got tomatoes, peppers, cheese, tea, and a plain egg. After all those problems, they should charge half the price. They'd probably ask for more if they weren't ashamed. Access is by a dirt road through a very shallow area, and there's no view at all. It also seemed like the owners and their relatives were staying there, with men everywhere. This review is genuine. The positive reviews must be from their own people or from people who've never seen or eaten anything like this. If you decide to go anyway, you'll remember this review when you arrive.

We spent four days in a warm, friendly family atmosphere. Erdal was great to chat with, his wife was always smiling, and Leyla's breakfasts were unforgettable. Everyone helped us in every way. The guesthouse is a 5-10 minute drive from the sea, with lots of different beaches nearby. Sigacik center is colorful too, and we especially liked the old town. For good meat in the center, the kebab shops around here are a very good option.
