The rooms were spacious and clean.
The sheets and pillows had yellow stains in all kinds of sizes, and I couldn't identify what they were. I tried sleeping with my coat wrapped around my head so I wouldn't touch them. It was genuinely traumatic. The toilet and shower were no better, and we just wanted to leave. On our way out, we saw cleaners going into rooms to change the sheets, but I couldn't see any clean ones, only a pile of used sheets on the floor. I hope they weren't putting those back on because they thought they were clean. The room they called clean had the same problem. The furnishings looked at least a hundred years old, so walking in felt like going back in time. It needs months of cleaning, and then perhaps it should be closed and turned into a museum. I don't even want to call it a hotel; maybe the only good thing is that its name includes "Marine." It's at the top of my worst hotel list. The rooms were neglected and filthy, the food was terrible, and the staff were awful. There was also one tall guy who had no respect at all. This is the dirtiest hotel you'll ever see, and I absolutely don't recommend it.
Friendly, reliable people run this family hotel. The price is affordable and the location is great, so it's an easy place to choose.
I was very pleased with this quiet family hotel, close to the center and, in my view, the most affordable in Sığacık. Mr. Bahadır has clearly been in tourism for years and knows the business. The service was friendly and the value for money excellent. It's a great place to relax.
