Cozy hotel, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Definitely recommend it :)

I planned to stay one night and ended up staying longer. Such a cozy spot, with lovely hospitality in a beautiful village.

I paid a deposit days ahead for a February 14 stay, clearly writing “Hotel deposit for the night of February 14-15” in the bank transfer description. I also called on February 13 to confirm and said we would arrive the next day. But when we got there, we found out our room had been given to someone else. I had clear evidence, including the bank statement, my confirmation call on February 13, and the hotel location sent to me on February 14. Rather than admit a mistake, the owner told me to leave a one-star Google review and said he would post a message he claimed to have sent on January 14. They dismissed the bank description as meaningless and told me to prove things with phone records. When I said I would take legal action, the owner made extremely disrespectful, humiliating, and provocative comments. On the phone he said, “It seems you’re after that….”, “I’ll give you a gun, come shoot me,” and “Am I God, should I create a room?” It's completely unacceptable for a business owner to speak to a customer that way. We had travelled a long distance for a special day, February 14, and were left stranded. With no other rooms available in the area, we had to pay more for another hotel and were seriously wronged. I have all the documents, receipts, and call records. I absolutely don't recommend this business, so others don't go through the same thing.

We booked through Ets Tur and found the guesthouse warm and welcoming. With our two children, it felt like staying at our grandmother's house. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely, and I recommend the place. The road is steep, so you can leave the car in the central parking lot and walk up with little luggage. I managed the stairs with my two-year-old.
