Natureland Efes

The setting feels wonderfully relaxing, with nature and impressive mountains all around. The pool is great, and breakfast was delicious and organic. Non-guests can use the pool until 5 pm, so it may get noisy with children; after that, it's reserved for guests until 8, which we appreciated. Our spacious bungalow had pretty average interior design, and the nearby road meant we could hear cars at night. I'd bring earplugs. Ephesus is about a 10-minute drive away, and we had dinner in Selçuk.

The owners run the place themselves and clearly pay attention to cleanliness and customer service. We had a great time and plan to come back. The infinity pool and view over the forest and mountains are wonderful, and it stays cool even on hot summer days. There are only 9-10 rooms, so they fill up quickly. Book early if you'd like to enjoy the scenery and weather near Şirince and Ephesus.

The breakfast was so good that I kept eating even after I was full. The owner was warm and very welcoming, too. This has become our first choice when we're in the region, thanks to its beautiful mountain setting near Selcuk and Efes and the large, clean pool overlooking the hills.

Sarai and her family made us feel so well looked after. Their family-run place serves a fantastic breakfast straight from the farm, and there's an infinity pool looking out over the mountains. The rooms are good value and the beds are comfortable. To me, it felt like an alpine retreat tucked into the mountains. My best find in all of Selcuk, and it made my holiday. Highly recommend.
