The food was the best part of the day. Slow down as you get close, or you might miss the parking lot.

A peaceful spot, with friendly pets around.

The camping option and the location near Ephesus, the Church of the Virgin Mary, the Seven Sleepers, Şirince, and Aziz Nesin Mathematical Village were what drew us here. The facilities are clean. You can stay in a hotel room, or camp, though campers should bring their own food. The place can prepare meals for you as well. It's a privilege to be close to so many wonderful places to visit. If you're good company, the owner may join you with music and songs, making for an evening you won't forget. For a modest-budget stay, I recommend this place. I'd also strongly suggest visiting Ephesus and its hillside houses to see the interior architecture from that time. Then go to the museum in central Selçuk and Selçuk Castle. You can fit it all into one day at a slightly quicker than normal pace, as long as you don't go into too much detail.

There were five of us hoping to relax for one night, but we left a few hours after arriving and made up an excuse. The place wasn't clean or peaceful, and from outside it already didn't look comfortable. There didn't seem to be decent staff. The room was unbelievably dirty, with only the beds a little clean. We've never seen such a terrible, filthy hotel. It was August and nobody else was staying there. How does that even happen? Don't trust the reviews. People who stay in places like this must not care about cleanliness. We moved straight to a nearby hotel that was much nicer, cleaner, and more affordable. The refrigerator was so disgusting and yellow that we couldn't even touch it, let alone use it. I think this hotel needs a complete overhaul. 🤢

We came to Selçuk for the festival and found Şirinbaba Village while looking for a nature-surrounded campsite for the five days before it. Salih abi greeted us cheerfully and warmly, even though we arrived at 1 AM. We expected to stay two or three days and move on, but it felt like home, so we didn't want to leave. We used the shower and electricity, and the toilet was incredibly clean. For campers, this family-run place covers all the essentials, and I think the price for this location and service comes from Salih abi's generous heart. He and his wife lovingly and thoughtfully found solutions to all our needs. Big kisses and greetings to them both. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here, and hope our paths cross again.
