The hotel had a lovely atmosphere and landscape, and the clean, comfortable, well-kept rooms added to the relaxed feel. The food tasted perfect and looked just as good. I also really enjoyed the tennis courts. I’d love to visit again.

The staff experience was uneven, and service sometimes seemed better for guests who tipped. Chef Deepak was excellent and helpful, but beach service was very slow. The manager did try to help, though it didn’t change how the stay felt overall. Our room stayed hot even with the air conditioning set to 18°C, so sleeping was uncomfortable. We opened the balcony and got mosquito bites. We were told the system is centrally controlled, which isn’t acceptable for a five-star hotel. We were offered a villa, but it smelled bad and was very isolated, so we declined another move. We’d also been given a garden-view room at first instead of the sea view we booked, and my daughter’s bed wasn’t made up. Check-in was rushed, there was no proper welcome or explanation of the Lumin app, and our dietary requirements weren’t handled correctly. As strict vegetarians who don’t eat eggs, we found meals stressful. Many dishes in the main restaurant had no labels, desserts had no ingredient information, and staff often couldn’t confirm what was in the food. Pizzeretta was good, but getting a booking was difficult. We weren’t sure whether the products at Godiva café were genuine. The spa was good, but the outdoor pool was cold and the kids club was average. At Land of Legends, many rides were closed, and vegetarian options were limited and expensive. At times there was also a sewage-like smell near the pool. We stayed at Rixos Premium Belek expecting the premium five-star experience we’d paid for, and these issues kept getting fixed along the way instead of things being right from the start. At this price, I’d expect consistency. I might consider returning, but would first check whether these problems have been addressed. Based on this stay, I wouldn’t recommend the resort.

He arranged our airport transportation and gave us a complimentary late check-out, which meant a lot because my mother is 85 and needed somewhere comfortable to rest before our evening flight. His kindness, professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. I’m visiting from the United States and had a wonderful time here. The hotel was very clean, organized and sophisticated, and the service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it and appreciate the excellent care.

Nabilla, our Guest Assistant, was attentive, professional and always there when we needed help. She went above and beyond to make the vacation more enjoyable. We had an amazing stay at Rixos Premium Belek, with beautiful facilities and welcoming staff from the start. We’d gladly return and highly recommend it.
